Do you offer custom orders?
YES! Please fill out the "Custom Order" form located in the main menu and we will do our best to bring your idea to life!
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are all handcrafted in Scotland, UK. Each item is unique and crocheted with love!
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at sewphia.uk@outlook.com. Once accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
When will I get my order?
Physical items are processed in 2–5 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch (UK only). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You'll receive a tracking email upon dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days. Please double-check your address at checkout as we can't be responsible for incorrect addresses.
Digital items are delivered instantly via email after purchase with no shipping fees. If you have trouble accessing your download, get in touch and we'll help.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK, but watch this space!
